The multi award winning Auberge du Chocolat added to its collection of accolades by winning five categories at the Ice Cream Alliance national ice cream competition. One of the prizes was awarded for its raspberry frozen yoghurt - the creation of the firm's new 18-year-old apprentice, Amy Nash. Auberge's stem ginger and lime, banoffee and chocolate ice creams were all winners, while the company also won a diploma in the dairy ice cream artisan class. Managing Director Ian Scott said: "We are delighted to have received another five ice cream awards across a range of classes and flavours. We were especially pleased that the raspberry frozen yoghurt made by our new 18-year-old apprentice Amy Nash won an award. "Chocolate and ice cream are our twin passions and we want to produce the best we can, so only use quality ingredients such as full milk and double cream in our ice cream. "We have now won over 70 national and international awards for our chocolate and ice cream products." . .
